Project Manager – Agile, Digital Transformation, Financial Services

£40,000 - £60,000 + £5k Car allowance + Bonus

Hybrid working, ideally 1 / 2 days in Hastings, Sussex.

Our client is a fast growing, agile, and digitally focused Financial Services company with over 3000 employees.  Due to year on year growth of the business they are looking for a number of experienced Project Managers to join their expanding team based in Sussex.

Role Responsibilities

• Maintaining a project portfolio as part of the Programmes & Change roadmap.
• Managing the schedule, resource, financial project budget and controlling project initiation, delivery and completion.
• Applying appropriate best practice project management techniques and leading wider members of the team

Experience Required

• Significant Digital Transformation Project Management within financial services
• Agile methodology
• Manage multiple projects successfully across system, business and tech change
• Cross-functional multi-tasked projects, managing internal and external relationships.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management processes and techniques from varied backgrounds.
• Any Financial services experience sector experience – e.g. Banking, Retail Bank, Payment, Insurance, Asset management
