Management Consultants – Asset Management Change and Transformation

Manager grade, salary £55,000 to £70,000

UK wide (Hybrid working with 2-3 days per week in the office)

A leading global consultancy to the Asset Management industry is seeking Managers to enhance its change and transformation practice. 

Join a fast-growing team of dedicated consultants with deep experience from working both within the industry and consulting. Successful candidates should expect a diverse range of complex and strategic engagements across the market. 

Key to the role is the design and implementation of Target Operating Models resulting from a number of different types of change.

We are looking for Consultants who have worked across any one of the following:

• Asset Management platforms:  Implementation of BlackRock Aladdin, Charles River, State Street Alpha, etc
• Alternatives:  strategic reviews and redesign of operating models covering Private Equity Funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Real Estate businesses across Europe and America.
• General Investment Management:  review and design of current/future operating models for pension funds, asset managers, wealth funds, etc

Responsibilities:

• Manage / lead workstreams within engagements and deliver enterprise transformation change projects
• Build relationships with clients
• Identify client needs and help propose solutions to them
• Actively participate in the preparation of materials for and delivery of project and client meetings

• Support and manage business development activities and propositions

Experience

• Minimum 4 years working on large change / transformation projects across any one of the above areas
• Previous Consulting experience is essential
• Experience designing future state asset management operating models
• Track record of design and delivery
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Excellent team work skills with a focus on team achievement, not just individual goals
