ERP Finance Technology Consultants – Netsuite / Sage Intacct
Hybrid, Full time, United States (multiple locations, including Boston, New York, Miami, D.C., Austin, Charlotte, Atlanta)
$85000 - $115000 + Bonus + Equity. Manager to Senior Manager Grades
Market leading Finance Transformation advisory practice in North America seeking ERP Finance Technology Consultants with expertise in Sage Intacct or Netsuite to build, grow and deliver on the pipeline of work within the transformation team.
The Functional Consultant is responsible for supporting and delivering implementations of NetSuite Cloud or Sage Intacct ERP and providing advisory around business process and accounting considerations. You will be working with consultants and clients utilizing your NetSuite or Intacct product knowledge, expertise, and talent to deliver small- and large-scale client technology implementations.
Experience with ERP implementation and NetSuite or Intacct specifically is a required element of this position.
Expertise should be around the A/F modules; accountants turned tech implementers/PMOs preferred
Role:
· Define needs for new and existing NetSuite / Intacct solutions.
· Identify existing inefficiencies, potential improvement opportunities
· Provide advisory on accounting considerations around business process and system requirements.
· Envision and develop representations of recommended future state options for evaluation by clients.
· Identify gaps between requirements and standard system functionality and proposes solutions
· Manage and perform systems configuration tasks (but not coding/development) for process workstreams, as directed.
Required Experience:
· Demonstrated success managing client-facing technology implementations.
· NetSuite and/or Sage Intacct product expertise is required.
· Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
· Prior consulting experience within a Professional Services setting preferred.
· Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Strong project management and time management skills.
· Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management Information Systems, Accounting, or Business.
· Background in advisory, operational accounting, and/or financial consulting preferred.
