Management Consultant opportunities – Asset Management

 

Change & Transformation / Operations (MO/BO) / Platforms / CRM Distribution

 

Consultant ($110k to $147k)

Manager ($155k to $180k)

Senior Manager ($190k to $235k)

Director ($250k to $270k)

 

Hybrid / Remote but with regular travel to either NYC, Boston, Denver, Austin or San Francisco offices

 

Our client is a global, boutique management consulting firm that offers the world’s top asset and wealth managers a competitive edge through unrivalled expertise and industry insight.  The business supports clients across a number of areas, including: Digital/Technology; Investments; Operations; Data; ESG and Regulatory & Compliance.

 

They have open roles across all grades - Senior Consultant, Manager, Senior Manager and Associate Director -  for professionals with experience of either MO/BO Change & Transformation, CRM Distribution or Asset Management platforms (Aladdin, CR, SimCorp etc).

 

While the team can be based remotely, it is expected that you will travel occasionally to one of the offices located in either New York, San Francisco, Denver, Boston, or Austin.

 

Experience required:

  • Proven experience at a recognized consulting firm
  • An excellent understanding of the asset management and/or asset servicing industry, across a range of client segments, offerings, and businesses
  • Knowledge of key trends in asset management, including front to back operating model, emerging products, and services
  • Operating model design and implementation experience
  • Proven presentation skills supported by first class written and verbal communication skills; the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful manner
  • Excellent stakeholder / client management skills
