Manager, Sage Intacct Implementation – Professional Services

initial 3 month contract - convert to permanent

Rate $90ph / Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 + Bonus, Healthcare, 401k, 20 days PTO

Remote, Full-Time Exempt

 

We have been engaged by a leading Cloud based solution provider in North America to secure a Manager to lead the Sage Implementation team, responsible for system solutions and Sage Intacct Implementations. This is a newly created growth position.

 

The role will start as a contract before converting to permanent after 3 months.

Role:

  • Lead and mentor the Sage Intacct Implementation team, with a strong emphasis on people management and development.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and expectations, ensuring tailored Sage Intacct implementations that drive operational efficiency
  • Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support in system configuration, data migration, and import processes, leveraging your expertise in Sage Intacct implementation best practices.
  • Conduct client demonstrations showcasing Sage Intacct and its potential impact on their organization.
  • implement changes to meet evolving client requirements, maintaining a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Manage project scope, timeline, and budget effectively, proactively addressing any challenges or deviations to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

 

Required Experience:

  • Hands on experience in Sage Intacct implementation, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
  • 5+ yrs experience in leading and develop high-performing teams, providing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
  • Sage Intacct Implementation Certification
  • In-depth knowledge of nonprofit accounting principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with GAAP and financial reporting standards

 

Ideally:

  • Experience leading remote teams and managing cross-functional projects in a distributed work environment.
