Senior Finance Business Transformation – Consulting, FP&A, ERP

Senior Manager to Director Grade
Hybrid, Full time, United States (multiple locations, including Chicago, Boston, New York, Miami, D.C., Austin, Charlotte, Atlanta, Los Angeles)
Salary Range $145k -$215k (DoE) + Bonus + Equity $85k + Commissions. Total Comp $300-$350K

Work for one of the fastest-growing global management consulting firms, an accounting and finance advisory SME. Supporting CFOs and C-suite clients through FP&A, Business & Finance transformations, our client has grown over the past 20 years to become an established industry leader.

This firm is seeking consultants from BIG 4 or top tier Consultancies in the Finance and Accounting Advisory space from Senior Manager to Director grade. With a focus on FP&A and Finance Business Transformation and part of the expanding Financial Planning and Analysis teams.

Role Function

Lead or support project teams engaged in the successful delivery of a wide range of Finance Business Transformation initiatives
Develop finance strategies by assessing a client’s business challenges
Manage financial risk and identify opportunities.
Provide best-in-class business partnering support, and deliver quality reports and analysis.
Participate in certain aspects of the proposal development process.
Maintain an understanding of advancements in technology and innovations


Experience Required 

Finance-focused with a minimum of six years of experience in finance and/or accounting. 
Client service experience in top professional services firms (i.e., Big 4 or similar)
Advanced understanding of the FP&A function within a finance organization.
Extensive experience and understanding of three-statement financials
Experience in engagement management, business, practice, and people development.
Ability to concurrently manage internal firm and external client requirements.
Expertise in analytics, forecasting, and finance technologies 
Experience leading projects/teams and the ability to lead key requirement workshops with clients.
Expertise of leading Financial Planning and Analysis tools (i.e., Anaplan, Cognos, Hyperion, OBIEE, Tableau, Fusion).
Ideally: Experience of Order to Cash or Record to Report 
Knowledge of ERP technologies (i.e., SAP / Oracle / Workday / NetSuite / Sage Intacct).
Project Management experience is a plus.
Industry experience in the financial services and or life sciences industries preferred.
